During the meetings, we will discuss your work — looking for its strengths and weaknesses and, when relevant, identifying the distinctive features of your artistic language. We keep the level of critique comfortable for you: our work together is always as friendly and supportive as possible.

You also prepare your portfolio, bio, and CV yourself (as well as an Artist Statement and curatorial texts, if needed). The group meetings become a space for final supervision: you can test your work with us and with your peers.

You develop the plan yourself; we review it and suggest adjustments.
A key stage of the process, which most often takes place during the seminars: you will formulate your goals in advance, and then we will refine them together, taking all relevant circumstances into account — so that your goals are realistic and achievable.
- The Zoom meetings are structured literally as seminars: we come together — all 4 or 5 participants, along with Carolina and Katya. Participants take turns presenting their material, while the collective intelligence of the group focuses on one person’s work at a time. Before each meeting, we send you the ideas, materials, and questions that we will discuss together.
- As methodologists, Carolina and Katya have a broad range of knowledge and project-design skills and are able to look at your situation from the outside — as part of a larger system. Each artist also brings their own perspective and experience to the group work.

- let go of the stress of competition and focus on your own path — learn to evaluate yourself and your progress realistically, without becoming fixated on comparisons with others;
- understand pricing and learn to assess the value of your work adequately, as well as receive recommendations on selling through galleries, online platforms, and participation in art fairs.
